The Boree Regatta is a weekend for both Girl Guides (from Southern Sydney Rivers Region) and Scouts (from the South Metropolitan Region) to participate in both water and land activities in a fun and adventurous way.
This weekend is open to all age groups. The Pre Junior Guides and Joey Scouts have their own program of land events on the Saturday. Junior Guides and Cub Scouts participate in land events on Saturday and water activities on Sunday. The Guides and Scouts participate in water activities on the Saturday and land events on the Sunday. The Senior Guides and Venturers have their own program for the duration of the weekend. The activities are designed for the age groups and are focused around the annual theme.
During the weekend, there are many opportunities to win trophies in many events, camping and the knotting challenge.
